Sounds like someone measured 5000 yards instead of meters, which would be 1284 feet short of a 5K (about a quarter mile). If your normal 5K pace is 6:30 then you would need to add 1:37 to what ever you ran at this course.

Just by looking at the times and the times they have ran earlier this season, you can tell the course is extremely short.

Does anyone know the true length of this course? I know it's not a 5K. I've been told by Cullman, that its a quarter mile short.
